Frequently asked questions
Is there a free trial for Pro?
Yes — every new account starts with a 14-day Pro trial, no credit card required. After the trial, you can continue on the Free plan or upgrade to Pro.
What counts as a property?
Each individual rental unit counts as one property. If you have a house split into three flats, that is three properties. HMOs with multiple rooms count as one property.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. There are no long-term contracts. If you cancel, you retain access to Pro features until the end of your billing period, then move to the Free plan.
Is my data safe?
Your data is stored on UK-based servers, encrypted at rest, and backed up daily. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
Do you offer discounts for portfolios over 20 properties?
Yes — contact us at hello@propledger.app for enterprise pricing. We offer volume discounts for portfolios of 20 or more properties.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Stripe. All prices include VAT.
